This plugin will help you keep track of where and how many times your are using reusable blocks. It also allows to filter by block type and even export them in JSON.
This functionality (or a similar one) looks like the type of thing than should probably be incorporated at some point in to the editor’s core, in order to keep reusable blocks manageable.
